Class Timetables Winter 2020

At Bay Fitness our classes and gym have a welcoming family feel. Every class can be modified to ensure the client can get the most out of their time with us, so don't be afraid to try something new. There are no bookings needed, although it would be great if you could touch base with one of us before you come for the first time and fill out our pre-exercise form so we have some details to get you started safely. 
When coming to the gym be sure you have these things
  • comfortable workout clothing - not jeans or anything restrictive
  • sneakers or we are happy for barefoot too
  • water
  • sweat towel
It's great if you can arrive at least 5 mins before a class so that we can get started on time. Warm-ups are included in every session but you're welcome to jump on a bike or the rowing machine before if you want to get started.
