Mums and Bubs

I have recently started Mums and Bubs Class. A pre and post natal class for mums wanting to retain strength and fitness during pregnancy or begin to gain their strength and fitness back after baby.  


I have certificates in both pre and post natal training and pelvic floor safe training. After having three babies myself (and a miscarriage) I've gained the knowledge needed to be confident in giving safe effective exercise best for mum and baby. Not only is it important for the body to get back to moving but for the mind. 


This class is a great way to meet other mums, we all understand that some days it might not work to come. Some days baby might not be happy to be there, you may be late, you may need to bring other children or none at all and that's all fine.
