Easy Does It

I introduced Easy Does It after doing a mini workout for the Rural Women Conference last year, as many of the women asked if it was possible for me to do a class that they would feel comfortable doing.

 

This class is very low impact and focues on increasing strength, mobility and confidence using your body over the 30-40mins. We get outside whenever possible and enjoy the sunshine. 

 

This class is not just for mature women, I have had women in late pregnancy join in and people that may have physical disabilities as well. 

As with all my classes we can work with injuries, and all levels of fitness by adapting the exercises for each individual.   There are many studies that show strength training can help prevent osteoporosis and many other diseases including heart disease.

I have been  attending  very enjoyable Ezy Does it Fitness classes  with Renee Riley and would recommend these to others. She makes them fun while devising innovative new  and different routines to exercise different parts of the body.

She checks on all participants to ensure they are doing the exercises correctly and tailors these exercises to the degree of fitness of the participants.

It is Ezy Does it, and her cheerful and engaging  manner  is very encouraging for all of  the ladies,  and does not make anyone feel like they cannot succeed.

I am attending  with   a class of mature ladies who are benefiting from  these exercises while enjoying  the companionship of others of similar fitness.
